Lindsey Martin Collins is a seasoned litigator whose practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of products liability, toxic torts, and business and commercial litigation. She has special experience managing and defending high-volume mass tort cases. Lindsey’s commercial practice has included cases involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, conspiracy, trade secrets, noncompetition agreements, and other business torts. She has handled a variety of appellate matters, including successful appeals to the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Mississippi Supreme Court, and the Tennessee Supreme Court. Additionally, Lindsey has achieved favorable final awards in both commercial and construction arbitration proceedings.
Lindsey graduated second in her class from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2014 and was selected for membership in Order of the Coif. During her time in law school, Lindsey served as an Executive Editor for the Tennessee Law Review. She also received the Chancellor’s Citation for Extraordinary Professional Promise. Prior to law school, Lindsey received her B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee, where she was the Top Graduate of the College of Business Administration and served as the college’s senate representative in the student government association.
Lindsey was selected as a Rising Star in the Mid-South by Super Lawyers from 2018–2025. She was recognized by Best Lawyers in the Ones to Watch category for the areas of, among other things, commercial litigation and products liability defense from 2023–2025.
Lindsey is a proud member of the Board of Directors of A Step Ahead Foundation of East Tennessee and chairs its governance committee. She has served on the Lakeshore Park Summer Picnic Committee for several years and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Knoxville.
